Arrived well packaged. This is a well made waist trainer/trimmer. Can be used at home to train waist shape or also under clothes to trim waist. Has multiple levels of trimness which can be adjusted as time goes on. I got size L which I would say would fit between sizes 10-14. Good value for money. I will be recommending

I need help hiding my meno-belly and this is the best solution I have found so far short of spending well over £100 on a good corset.It really gives me the illusion of a waist, helps my clothes fit better, and improves my posture. It is also more comfortable than most of the things I've tried.Highly recommended.
