I am writing this review after the usage of 6 months. Initially this washing machine worked fine and noise level also acceptable. Recently on Feb-25 washing maching started giving problems like water leakage and after completion of wash water is not going out and spin is not working automatically in any wash (Quick, Mixed, etc...)I have raised complain on Feb-25-23 and on the same day technician came and examined the machine (opened the back door and did something) and told the problem got solved but told me to buy an extra water softner (cost of Rs.1750.0) and descalre poweder of 200 so that problem won't come in future.I bought them and technician left by saying the problem got resolved. I believed him.After an hour my wife started using it but after completion of mixed wash again water started leaking and sound was also more then immediately I called the same technician and explained the problem to him then he said he will come next day to fix it.Next he has not come then I called him but he is not lift his mobile then I have called IFB customer care and explained the above problem and also about the technician. The customer care person told they will escalate to the next level and a senior technician will come to resolve the issue (This happened on Feb-26-23) and I told them not to close the ticket.Next day no one came ang I again called customer care then they told within 24 to 48 hours technician will come.I waited for 24 hours then called again. This time customer care connected me to a franchise person (Gangadhar) and franchise person told they will send the technician but they didn't send any one.From past 15 days I am continuously following up with customer care but they did not send any person.The biggest problem is they did not even recorded my washing machine problem in their system nor escalated, this I came to know today (Mar-10-23) only. and they resoleved the initial ticket which was raised on Feb-25-23.Still my problem is open...I recommend not to buy IFB washing machine.
