COOLQO for iPhone 8/7 Plus Case, with [2 x Tempered Glass Screen Protector] Clear 360 Full Body Coverage Phone Protective Cover

The case consists of a front frame that goes on the phone first and then is inserted into the back cover. The screen protector goes on last. The package included a second screen protector, which was a nice bonus. Assembly was easy after watching the highly recommended instructional video. The video cautions that trying to assembly the case without following the directions may result in poor results. Overall, the case works well and feels good in the hand. It meets my need for good protection while adding minimal additional extra bulk in my pocket. and this case provide enough additional thickness to keep the screen off of a flat surface. The camera lenses are just barely off of a flat surface, so if you place your phone on rough/irregular surfaces, you might want to consider another product that provides more clearance on the camera side. The sides of the case seem thick enough to protect the phone without adding ridiculous bulk in my pocket. I havenʻt dropped the phone so I cannot comment on how well the case protects it beyond commenting on screen and camera clearances on flat surfaces.

This is my second case like this. I ordered the first one a year ago, but I've dropped my phone so many times, that I finally broke one corner of the plastic cover that goes over the phone. Also, it was discolored on the sides. The back was still crystal clear even after a year of use. Just so you know, I have always been an Otterbox user. I refused to use cases like this because I drop my phone a lot! Well, this case held up beautifully. I never even cracked my screen protector after dropping my phone on its face because the side of this case covers the edges of the phone up to the screen protector. I even bought my daughter one and she usually refuses to use the cases I like. She likes this case because she can show off the color of her phone without it being bulky.

Nice and hard

Was very tough to take apart and put on my phone, but that's worth the sturdiness yet flexibility of the case itself. I chose not to put the tempered glass protector on my phone out of fear of it cracking with my actual screen, but it comes with two and they look fine, I just don't prefer it. Put a popsocket on the back and stuck pretty well, we'll see how this case holds up, but for now I like it and it's worth the price! EDIT: I’ve decided to put on the tempered glass protector cuz seeing dust go into the sides from the top bothered me too much. I actually ended up wasting one of the protectors since I placed it wrong and once you take it off, it loses all stickiness. The screen protector itself is a litttleeee too small for the actual iPhone screen, so it has a slight gap between the protector and case but it doesn’t bother me (at least for now). Other than that, the screen protector is good quality and doesn’t feel any different from the iPhone screen alone.

Good instructions how to install. This is a set of 2 products: a iPhone cover and a glass protector. The case itself is 2-piece, a hard shell and a soft outside cover, and very easy to snap on - follow the instructions. I cleaned the phone after I removed the old case, using the include cleaners and wipes. There are two sets of glass protector included, this was the EASIEST and MOST PERFECT I glass protector install I experienced in the past 10 years. I cleaned the glass well, using wet, then dry wipes, made sure no dust on the phone face (best to turn the phone off so screen doesn't light up). Then I removed the clear film from the protector and aligned it to the top of the phone and alongside the case, leaving some space (since glass protector is slightly smaller than the phone face). I then pressed down. PERFECT! No dust and no bubbles.

It was a very good phone case for a month or so, and then I realized the back of it was cracking a lot. Don’t buy. Get an otter box instead

It was at first a bit confusing with two different pieces for the case, one that is first installed from the front of the phone and the other then fits from the back. Watching the videos, especially the second one, from the Amazon product page, helps to show how to install the case. This video also shows how to remove the case if needed. The case fit perfectly for my iPhone 11 Pro and seems to be very protective. I was also happy that it worked with my wireless charger. I would definitely come back to this company to get a case in the future if I change phones. My only complaint is that I followed the included paper instructions for installation of the screen protector by laying it against the right edge to help with the alignment and then dropping it down. It didn’t leave any bubbles and laid down on the screen smoothly, however, I now have a bit of a gap between the edge of the screen protector and the left side of the case. So it would have been better to have just aligned and centered it rather than laying it against one edge as the paper and image instructions shown above. It has only been a few days so I haven’t dropped my phone yet to see how the case or screen protector responds but will update my review in the future.
