Ordered this as a replacement as our was partially broken. Arrived very promptly was an excellent price and was a perfect fit and very easy to install. My husband done it himself very quickly. Very pleased with the purchase & seller would highly recommend and use if needed in the future.

Hi when I got it it came but a couple of parts were loose in the box. It took forever to fit the parts together even with the help of the old one. I fitted it but it was not flushing properly. I managed to get another new one from supplier and this came fully fitted with no loose parts. Fitted to toilet and now works great as it should do.

Good product, the perfect fit for my cistern. I actually only needed the smallest part from this to replace a broken piece on the existing flush but because it matched perfectly the job of replacing it was a simple two minute process with no difficult plumbing at all.

Have fitted many a flush valve over the years but have only had problems with this one, have been back to customer 3 times but cannot stop valve from continuously running water into bowl through the seal, have given up trying to sort & opted for replacing with completely different valve, Not happy at all.
