The media could not be loaded. I usually rip into boxes from Amazon and immediately assemble my newest find. It took me a couple of days to work up the nerve the assemble this electric motorized standing desk. I was intimidated by "motorized" and envisioned electrical parts and became overwhelmed. Don't let that happen to you! The assembly was ridiculously simple. It took maybe 45 minutes. The metal frame pieces are solid, heavy, quality construction. Pay attention to the instructions concerning screws 6 & 7. They look nearly identical but have different applications due to thread spacing. The pictoral instructions make it very clear to use the correct number screw.The table top is in 2 pieces. I thought it would bother me but it looks fine. There's plenty of room on the table top for my laptop, mouse & mouse pad (TouchPad on laptop doesn't work and yes, I'm old school), Google nest monitor, and various supplies.Operating the height adjustment couldn't be easier. Up arrow to go higher, down arrow to go lower. Three presets can be set just like a car radio--find your desired height and press and hold a preset button until accepted. Repeat two more times, if desired. The operation is quiet and smooth. Do be aware that the lower leg that is telescoping has a light film of lubricant. I noticed during assembly. I would recommend that you not clean that off, which was my initial inclination until I realized its valid purpose. Also, keep the table top away from your wall or it will scrape the wall when adjusting the height.I purchased a printer stand that rolls under the standing desk and fits perfectly and saves so much space, which is at a premium in my house.My only complaint has to do with the shipping box. The box the desk is packaged in is reinforced cardboard with all the foam and rubber packing in place to prevent damage. However, that box was put inside a larger box for shipping and bounced around the flimsy shipping box and nearly broke through that box by the time it found its way to my door. It couldve been shipped in the product box. The shipping box was unnecessary. Even though I feared all the bouncing around the open space in the shipping box could've damaged the desk, the impeccable packaging of the actually product box kept the desk in perfect shape. Thankfully!To me, this is a true find and I heartily recommend it.

I got the 48" x 24" version of this desk as an addition to my game room office. This desk will be used to hold my laptop and tablet along with a phone charger, etc. This desk is listed at $140 at the time of writing this review and I feel that this is a great price for the quality of this product.Starting off, let me say that I assembled it by myself with no assistance and none was needed. I took my time and inventoried all the parts and looked over the very well-illustrated/written instructions. Total assembly time from start to finish (including unboxing and inventory) took me just about 1.5 hours. The hardware included for attaching everything together came with exactly 1 extra of each type of screw which is nice in case you somehow lose one while assembling. There is a hex wrench included for attaching the bolts. However, you will need a #2 Phillips screwdriver of your own to complete the assembly. This is NOT included. I suggest using a cordless screwdriver if you have one. I did not use one just to see what the time for assembly would be just using manual tools. The instructions are all picture-based for the assembly but are very easy to follow. All parts are either easy to distinguish from the pictures or marked with a little sticker to let you know what goes where. I must say that I was impressed with the hex wrench that was included because it was actually plenty sturdy enough to apply the proper torque to the bolts and screws without stripping or rounding over the corners of the tool. All of the parts have a nice finish and I could find no flaws, scratches, dents, etc. This is probably because everything was very well packed in protective plastic sleeves and foam padding all around. Some people seem to have an issue with the fact that the desktop comes in two pieces that must be joined with dowels and metal brackets on the underside to hold it together. However, the pieces fit together flush and the seam is not offset with the two top pieces. Yes, there is a noticeable seam that runs the length of the desktop but for me, that is not an issue since I am using an extra large keyboard/mouse pad that will cover most of the seam anyway. Once the desk was assembled, I plugged it in and immediately had a display on the control panel. I tested out the full travel of the desk from lowest to highest and back and the motor is fairly quiet and very smooth. I like that the control panel gives you three save buttons to save your favorite positions. The instructions cover how to save the positions as well as reset the whole thing if you want to zero everything out. I am very pleased with everything about this desk from the price, the packaging, the fit and finish of the parts, and the quality of the hardware and tool that is provided. The only nit-picky thing that I could say is that they could have probably included a cheap screwdriver with the hardware to make it complete so that you didn't have to provide anything of your own to assemble.Highly recommend!!

I really like the movement of this desk.Just what I needed to work in different situations.Seems to be good quality.I have one of these types of desks at workand the are handy.

That's fine, this desk gives you the option to sit or stand. So whatever you decide, this will be right for you. It was relatively easy to set up and it was packaged well. I love that it's easily adjustable and being able to program your favorite settings is a nice touch as well. Overall, I'm really happy with this!

This is a must for anyone who WFH or does projects for over 6 hours a day. It helps with circulation and not sitting all day long. I wish I invested in this a long, long time ago.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to try a convertible standing desk to see if I liked standing while I work. This is a great deal for the price! It went together easily. The instructions are easy to follow. I connected the wires, plugged it in, and it worked! It’s very quiet. Doesn’t jostle or shake while rising and lowering. The underside is a little clunky looking and the surface is made out of two pieces with a seam down the middle.But for this price, a split top is easier to package and ship, so I’m sure the savings was passed on to the customer.
