I bought this screen extender because I need it when traveling and working remote. I immediately proceeded to connect and test it. I did need help as there are several cables that need to be used. But, we did it. After about 30 min. We figured it out. I was thrilled! When I finished, I proceeded to carefully disconnect it and store it in its box. I followed the seller’s instructions when folding it properly and put the box away. I didn’t place anything on top of the box. About three weeks later I went to use it again and to my horror, one of the screens had horizontal and vertical lines going across it. No bumps or scratches anywhere. I know for a fact that nothing fell or was placed on the box it was stored in. So I didn’t understand why the lines on the screen. I called their customer service and explained what I was seeing, sent them pics. Then I was told that something must’ve fallen on it. That DID NOT HAPPEN. No external trauma happened to the unit. They refused to refund me. I need this for work, but don’t trust this brand. If this happened with it being stored and not moved in three weeks, what can I expect if I travelled with it? Long story short. I don’t recommend this unit at all. Highly disappointed.
