A thick and solid metal tool with weight to it, but not too heavy to hold and use. It should easily withstand torque forces without breaking, and has various size cut-outs for different applications. Although there is no explanation given for specific things this fits, may find out through trial and error and be glad to have the right tool for the job.Edit: I see now that this listing has been modified to claim that this is used for purposes that no-one should ever need it for, I do not in any way endorse its usage with such items.

Handy if you’ve got a rifle – but not for changing car wheels!
This combo wrench is billed as a barrel wrench for “Car Spare Tires”, but changing a car wheel is the last thing you’d use a barrel wrench for. On my car wheels it’s way too close to the wheel to turn, but in any case the notches are designed to hold and turn barrel nuts specifically. The sizes of the cutouts are too big to fit the fuel and brake line barrel connectors used in normal passenger vehicles.So: handy if you’ve got a rifle – but not for changing car wheels!
