Big and bouncy curls. Fits any size dryer

This item is rather large and a bit cumbersome. However it does the job and because it's adjustable it fits both of my hairdryers. I don't think it would be good for people that have a loss of dexterity in their arms/hands but if not then yes it works

Diffusers I have seen or used in the past have intenral shaping to ensure the air flow is evenly distributed across the diffuser, but this doesnt have any, however somehow it dif diffuse the air fairly evenly so that it came out from the outer most prongs inwards, though once loaded with hair its hard to know it it still does that. Also the mechanishm on the back, while it filled most of the hole when clamped on the dryer, it is not sealed, so again potential for leaks there depneding on the dryer size, though didnt seem to leak behind from mine. The twist action clamp locks open if you twist it enough - its a little bit stiff to turn but works ok. You press the button once the dryer is inseted 2-3cm to clamp it onto the dryer nozzle. To fit various sizes it consists of 3 concentric fingers that rotate open/closed. The mechanism also feels a touch creeky and plasticky. It does have rubber grips on though to hold on to the dryer. For £18 (Oct '24) its not too bad value given it fits multiple dryers, but I think one that has several fluted adapters would be simpler, less potential to break, and it also needs some sort of inner airflow shapping imo to improve diffusion further. Its also fairly chunky and a bit heavy due to the mechanism, but not that big across - about the size of a spread hand (including splayed fingers).

This diffuser is really big. It attaches to the hairdryer with a rotating mechanism. It can be a bit fiddly to fit and doing so requires two hands. It fit my standard hairdryer just fine and, once in place, it will not slip. It works well, with most of the air going to the front and not much escaping from the back. However, it does make the hairdryer heavier, so it's harder to hold for a long time. Besides that, it seems sturdy and the locking mechanism looks durable too. Overall, if you don't mind the extra weight, it is a good product.
