Lifesaver!
Lifesaver...our garage door had 1 go out. We sautered and replaced it and saved hundreds of dollars. So thankful for these. Sadly, 2 days later 1 spring broke...rrrr, and we weren't about to try that ourselves, but the $ we saved on the replacing the component allowed us to get new springs quickly.

Fixed broken garage door opener
Worked perfectly to repair my LiftMaster garage door opener board that had been progressively failing over the course of a few months. Much cheaper than a full unit replacement.

I bought them to replace a capacitor on garage door opener board. I only needed one, and it would be great if they sell smaller pieces for cheaper price.

Fixed my garage door opener!
Fixed a 25 year old Liftmaster garage door opener that would open with the remote but not close with the remote. Classic symptom of a bad capacitor. Easy board repair with just a little bit of careful soldering; check the connectivity because there are two close solder bumps on the positive terminal that are actually in contact and shorted, so no issue if the solder bumps touch each other, but not the case for the negative terminal of the capacitor; the solder bump has to be "clean" and separated from the adjacent bump on the back side of the PC board. I now (alas) have 5 more capacitors and at this rate be able to keep the garage door opener working for the next century!
