I’m determined that getting older is not going to slow me down. I try to stay very active and even so, I am noticing the occasional twinge in my knee joint. Seeing friends undergoing surgeries for knee replacement and hip replacement, etc. I’m determined to keep my muscles strong, keep active and take supplements with ingredients proven to maintain and improve my joint structure and health. The combination of all these has definitely made an improvement in my joint health. These are very easy to take and combine them with activity and exercise, I feel like I’m doing my part.

This is a great supplement if you are concerned with joint health. The combination of glucosamine and chondroitin/MSM complex will help to keep cartilage and joints healthy. Boswellia serrata is said to be an anti inflammatory. It also contains so other random supplements with I guess are a bonus, vitamin C, manganese. I've had 2 knee surgeries, so this is more for preventative maintenance than current knee pain.The recommended daily does is 2 pills with food. The pills are on the larger size, similar to a centrum multi vitamin. No taste or smell and doesn't upset my stomach. Price seems average for a 1.5 month supply. Will continue to take for maintenance.

These are the same quality with the same ingredients as similar options that cost 3 times more. I feel like I can definitely feel the difference in my joints and my body's level of moisture even I take these. This is a great ingredient combination.

I don’t believe this product is good for siatic nerve pain. Did not give me the pain relief I was hoping for

This brand is new to my but they do sell several other supplements on amazon; all with good reviews. I like the ingredient list for this as well as the concentrations. Not a lot of added "filler" supplements. They keep it pretty much to what is advertised. Higher concentration than some others I've tried with excellent results.

This supplement has, in my opinion, a great mix of ingredients for joint support. I don't love that they hide the dosages of many of them in a proprietary complex. They manufacture in a cGMP facility, which is great for safety and purity standards. The tablets aren't excessively large so they aren't difficult to swallow. The supplement seems to be working for me. The current price of $14.99 is a great value for good joint support.

This supplement is thought to have benefits for your joints, so I’ve been taking it for years as I don’t want achy joints when I’m older. These pills are a bit on the larger side, but still easy enough to swallow.
