Rocket Liquid Motion Lamp White Wax Blue Liquid Matt Black Metal Base & Cap 17” Mood Lamp Light

I bought it as a present for my grandson, and was extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of this lamp, very good value for money.

Sooo lovely looking lamp but unfortunately the product is unusable ; the screws to mount the legs are in a position in the base that means you cant phisically get your hand in to attach them which means the legs cannot be securely attached , making it useless. it is such an appalling design that there is no way they did not know about it before selling it to the public. its dishonest and dishonesty gets 1 star. Further more , as has already been pointed out by other users , the lamp does not get hot enough which results in no movement of the wax inside. its a faulty product both in function and design. 1 star

Didn't have any problems with the wax melting like other reviewers, but we did go for the stronger bulb straight away. The mix of colours look great and it moves really satisfyingly. Only removing a star because it's quite flimsy. The lamp just sits on the base with nothing to secure it and the rocket top perches on top. It would be really easy to knock it over.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my son and he loves it. Great colours.

The lamp is a Christmas gift so not yet in use. However, it arrived very quickly and has been unpacked and checked...no issues at all. It is a very popular and current among young people I know. I have one from the same company which is colourful and attractive. It has been in use for a year now and still perfect.

Everything about this product looks great. The packaging, the product, the colour. It's just the bulb isn't strong enough to actually make the lava rise all the way to the top. They'd even kindly provided a 2nd bulb to help (clearly already identified as a problem) but this still didn't work. I left it going for 2 stints, both over 6 hours, tried both bulbs, and the wax/lava never got higher the 1/4 of the way up from the bottom. Shame as it looked great! Just didn't actually do what it's meant to. I'm sure they'll sort it for the future. Returned and refunded. Thank you.

To be fair to this lamp it does make a blob move eventually, but it doesn't do a lot and it does it slowly, very. It is hard to assemble and if you don't figure out that you will have to thread the legs to make them fit you're in trouble. Getting the legs fitted is very awkward and tight for my fingers. Finally if you want to return it you have to use Evri drop off and as their website link to find a drop off point is a dead end you are in an Amazon doom loop for customer service. Looked like it promised a lot but truly failed to deliver.

Plastic body and a very small bulb included, while the lamp looks good it does feel cheap, the tip of the rocket is also plastic. not sure how well it will perform as it is a Christmas gift. I am hoping that it will be fine. price seems a little high considering other lamps come in at under £20. Worth the novelty value and should look good in the corner.
