Nice kitchen tool.
These shears are a great looking tool and they look dangerous. Lots of comments how big this sheer is. It needs to be big you’re cutting bone not paper. You squeeze the scissors with one hand to fit your other hand in and now you have a real tool in your hand to cut bones, you can spatchcock a chicken with This pair of shears, easily and safely.

Comfortable, heavy duty, reasonably priced
Seem to be better designed than some others with a textured grip and forward fulcrum point as well as having a roughened area to better hold the pivot bolt.I appreciate the inclusion of extra springs, but it does warrant questions as to their durability and if there have been issues? Time will tell.

Light weight and cuts are clean
so far, so good...when they need to be separated for using/cleaning, I will see how it performs. Have used on all surfaces and cuts well. NOT yet on small bones..

The shears seem to be structurally sound and well made. It was a nice touch to include two extra springs.

This is a great tool. Well made and really helps with these hurting hands to cut chicken quickly.

High quality shears.
These are the best shears I have ever owned. They are well-designed, strong, remarkably sharp, fit in my hand comfortably and will cut through the toughest food products. What I especially like is that the manufacturer sends 2 extra springs because this is the weakest point of any shears. I shall look for other products offered for sale by this company.
