FEIERDUN Vibration Plate Exercise Machine, Vibration Plate for Lymphatic Drainage, Power Plate Vibration Platform for Weight Loss, Toning & Wellness

Works well, I use this in different positions for lymphatic drainage and fluid retention in my ankles. I can't say so far that it has helped much with my ankle fluid, but I plan to keep using and hope to see a difference. You can definitely feel circulation flowing, my legs (mainly front and back thigh area) get super itchy towards the end of use and after. It can be uncomfortable but at least its working, and it will go the more I get used to it.One thing that was a little confusing at first is that I can't tell a difference in speed when going up in speed levels. Im not sure if rhat means it isn't going higher, or if it is just minor enough that it isn't noticeable. When I turned it up to a very high level I got some zap like pain in my pelvic area, so I'm guessing it does increase just hard to notice 😂. Great for a morning perk up, while also great for winding down at night. Hope to see great results soon!

I’ve been using this vibration plate at home and it’s a convenient way to add a bit of movement without needing a full workout setup. It doesn’t take up much space, so it’s easy to keep out or store away, and it’s simple to step on for a quick session while watching TV or between tasks. The vibration levels can be adjusted depending on how intense you want it to feel. Even short sessions feel engaging, especially when combined with basic exercises like squats or standing balance work. It also comes with resistance bands, which add a bit more variety if you want to include upper body movements. It runs quite smoothly and doesn’t create much noise, so it’s fine to use at home without it being distracting. I’ve also found it useful for relaxing muscles after a long day, as the vibrations feel quite soothing.Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re looking for something compact and easy to use that can fit into a daily routine without needing a lot of time or space.
