Does it come pumped up?

There’s not much air inside I pumped it up more myself with compressor

Is air supposed to come out of both ends as i blow it up

Sounds like it is burst. If the ball pumps up and doesn’t deflate over the next 24 to 36 hours I would think it is ok.
