Great value, high strength good shape, so not hard to swallow green tea capsules.I've been taking green tea supplements for years as I cannot stand to drink the actual tea, it's like pond water to me. Also I feel that supplements give a higher concentration.I swear by the supplements for keeping colds at bay. There is some science to suggest they are of benefit & they certainly work for me. I've not had a cold for 5yrs despite being around other germ infested humans!The price of these work out better than high street ones for the strength + no nasty gelatine shell.

You can actually feel your metabolism working harder & faster. Also help to burn more fat whilst exercising. Yes they are big and don't taste great but they're easy enough to get down with a gulp of water.

High contents, helps me maintain energy without having a crash, good value for money! Not the easiest or nicest to swallow but certainly not difficult or too strong

This is the first time I've purchased one of these and I could feel the difference after just one week. Energy levels have definitely improved and my appetite is a lot less than before! Also, I am not even sure if this was meant to be one of the benefits, but my bloating has gone too! I think once this pack is over I will be purchasing again! :)

These tablets (they see very big) really gave me a sore stomach. I tried them with food and then without but they irritated my stomach lining either way. Can’t take them sadly.

I think the dosage was a bit strong and was feeling a little nauseous,so I've halved them and seem to be better.

The tablets are quite big but easy to swallow. They don’t have much flavour, but they do their job. Good value for money
