Tasty and they work

Wow, if you are straining to poop, these really work! Take them consistently. I take one at each meal. Finally, no bad BM's and no straining. What a relief. Apparently, these are better for long-term, instead of the capsules, which are really meant for short-term, i.e.- a week or so.

These are really yummy! My only downside is the cost because I have to take 4 twice a day due to an organ transplant. Now I just take them when I get tired of swallowing all the pills I have to take daily
