I think the sizing depends on how you carry your weight in your belly. I’m 5’8”, 235 & bought a 3XL, & it “fit”, no stretching to get it zipped. I’m buying my next one in a 2XL so it will fit a little tighter. It does make you sweat

I am 5'2 female 165 lbs but carry alot around my mid section. I ordered an Xl and it fits but really snug I could have gone a size XXL. So unfortunately it doesn't matter your weight it depends on visceral / belly fat. If you have alot of it I think xl would be good for you. Hope this helps
