Hello,each tier in the front can ideally load for 0.45 pounds,and no problem with even over a little,the tier in the back loading range will depends how much weight in the front. Best Samstar

Try taking the racks out and twisting the base slightly. Test after each slight twist until it sits flat. Hope this helps.
