If you have trouble sleeping but don’t wanna take sleeping pills, these are your go to gummy. Start with a half because they are STRONG. also helps a lot with restless leg syndrome. Doesn’t leave me tired when waking up either even at 5 am for work. Within 20 mins of eating one it’s impossible to stay awake. Good taste and wasn’t melted or sticky like some people experienced.
