In love with this cook book!
I was so excited about this book, I even pre-ordered it months in advance! As a big fan of Julius’s online presence, my expectations were sky-high, and I’m thrilled to say he absolutely delivered. Naturally Vegan is a stunningly put-together cookbook. The recipes are thoughtfully written and easy to follow, with vibrant, beautifully styled photos that make you want to cook every single dish.What truly sets this book apart is its focus on wholesome, unprocessed ingredients. Julius proves that you don’t need fake meats or hard-to-find products to enjoy amazing vegan meals. I especially appreciate that most of the ingredients are accessible and don't require a special trip just to make an authentic dish.I’ve only tried a handful of recipes so far, but every one has been a hit and I can’t wait to dive into more. Thank you, Julius, for this incredible contribution to the plant-based cooking world!

Spicy Girls 🇮🇹 & 🇬🇧 cooking from this lovely book in Italy.
I purchased two of these lovely books as a wholefood plant-based cooking couple one for us and one we brought to travel with us to Tuscany to gift our host.We met originally when living in Albania and four of us foodies a Japanese, Albanian, Italian and Brit formed the cooking/ eating group of Spicy Girls! Learning recipes from each other and discovering new dishes to try.This week Spicy Girl UK has been staying with Spicy Girl Italian in her home in Santo Stefano and we’ve been again enjoying the joy of cooking and eating together.Today we prepared Caponatia and Carciofi alla Romana ( but with baby artichokes as it’s the end of the season) The Caponatia recipe from the book we tweaked utilising tinned cherry tomatoes instead of Passata and tomato puree; as the dish would of become too wet and the sweetness of these tomatoes meant we added only half the sugar.We have been enjoying reading the recipes and the origins and will be trying all of the recipes as the days go by. Great to find a world plant based traditional foods in one book.We have been enjoying following Herman and the recipes and reels for sometime.We between us have lived in many countries and have already a varied menu on our homes daily.The book is written in an engaging style and the food photography is enticing.A book well worth adding to your kitchen library.

The plant-based cookbook that makes you rethink vegan food
Even before you open the book, you just know it’s something special. But as you flick through the pages, read the stories and feast your eyes on the most stunning recipe photos, you can tell this was a proper labour of love. So far, I’ve only had time to make the Greek lentil soup since the book showed up a few days ago but wow, it was INCREDIBLE. And shockingly easy to make, even for a cooking rookie like me. I’m pretty sure it’s going to become a weekly habit. Every recipe feels like a beautiful tribute to the country it comes from and the amount of research that went into this book really comes through on every page. I can’t wait to try every single dish and I’m sure I’ll surprise plenty of my non-vegan friends (some of whom are still stubbornly biased!) with these flavours because here there’s no compromising on taste.

A great mix of recipes in a wonderful book!
I've been following Julius on TikTok and Instagram for ages and always found his work and recipes a great inspiration and so bought this book as soon as I could!It's a really well laid out book, the recipes are diverse, all accompanied by photos, and they all seem doable if you have some basic experience with cooking already. I've never seen the 'active time' and 'total time' attached to recipes before - super useful!I've already made the Chana Masala and based off how that turned out, the rest of the recipes are going to taste wunderbar!

A Treasure Trove of Delicious Vegan Recipes!!!
I’ve been following Julius’ journey for a while, and especially loved his YouTube videos; showing his journey to find these wonderful dishes.This is the kind of content I can pass on to those that say vegan cuisine is just tofu and lentils and rabbit food!This book looks amazing - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
