Finally, a product that works.
I have been taking miome for 6 weeks every evening before bed and and instead of a once per weekly poop, I am finally FINALLY experiencing regular bathroom visits with healthy normal poops. Hallelujah..

Lifelong constipation issues. So far its working
So I've had lifelong constipation issues...so far three weeks in and I've had three bowel movements this week (Sorry for the tmi) it started off a little slow. Maybe once a week which is usually more than normal. I can go sometimes two or three weeks in between. I will be reordering. So far, so good

Did not work for me
Had high hopes but after taking for 2 months (60 days) there were no increased number of bowel movements each week. Yes it’s a small capsule and easy to take, but I think it’s over priced, it caused stomach cramping about 2 hours after taking, saw no weight loss, and it’s just another over-hyped new item that MAY work for a select few.

Definitely worth trying to see if it works for you
This really helps with elimination. It's not quite as good for bloating for me so I use another probiotic that helps with that. Everybody's biome is different and this seems to work for me.

Great product
Great product, I will say it was a rough start but after faithfully taking it 15 days, I have not felt this good in a long time . Before I was experiencing a lot of bloating and difficulty with BM’s now about 22 days in not feeling the bloating /trapped gas…. I am so grateful I stuck with it.

It works for me.
I have had GI issues my entire life, with varying degrees of improvement with diet and lifestyle changes. I have always struggled with constipation. I have had number 1 and 2 on the Bristol Scale even with taking mag citrate religiously. I knew I had candida again. I tried this probiotic starting on Aug 3. It is now Aug 7 and I just had my first #4 in months, and the signs of candida are lessening. I am so happy I found this. I hope it continues to work.
