These run tight but give great support. They really feel good on. They get the job done.

This came in a zipper sealed packet. It's very stretchy cool like material. Think like thin spandex or very tights. There is a flexible metal support piece on the outside thumb area. This is perfect for me since it helps keep my thumb pointed in, not out in the hitch hike position. If your thumb is more comfirtable pointing out this may not be right for you. It is more like a support than a brace. It's pretty comfortable to wear.

Not much support, but because of that, you can wear it doing most tasks. But it does help some. Of course, my injury was not just simply scrolling too much. Nice that it is water resistant.

Measured wrist circumference as directed for the correct size, etc... before ordering. Using this for Osteoarthritis at the base of the thumb. Took it out of the bag. It was tiny! holding it up to my wrist I, it barely covered half. Thought it must reaeeeaaally stretch. It was a struggle and was quite tight, so no, I must not have gotten the right size. Either way, the support was ZERO. It provided nothing as far as joint support and bending my thumb was as if I had nothing on. Waste of time. Very thin stretchy material with no actual support, sorry to say. Returning it.

I have struggled with constant pain in my thumb and wrist while going through countless braces, wraps, splints, you name it, looking for something that was not too restrictive but would help with my tendonitis. Since most of the work is on my computer and my hands are very small, most of these things have been way too restrictive and just do not work. I was skeptical when ordering this after reading some of the reviews. When I took it out of the package it seemed flimsy and too big. When I put it on it somehow seemed to form to my hand and fit perfectly. The very light structure within to support my thumb was perfect. Just what I needed to keep the use of my thumb while ensuring I didn't move it too much. After about 10 minutes, the constant pain I've had just melted away! I have no idea how something this small and thin could do what no others have so far. But I just don't want to take it off! I immediately ordered two more. That said, I am a little worried about pulling it off and on over time will stretch it to the point of being unusable. But for this price, it's well worth the gamble!
