Health Concerns - Astra C - 90 Count

Since I have taken this, my colds have decreased from 4 per year to one or none. It relieves most of my allergy symptoms, too. When I received a bottle with an expired date, I returned it and received one with the proper date. I also checked with the manufacturer, who assured me the product was still effective three years after the "freshness" date.

I had severe health issues nearly 25 years ago and it was suggested I take this supplement by my acupuncturist. A month or so after starting, my health started to improve. Doctor's didn't know what the problem was and had no suggestions. This has been a literal lifesaver!

This stuff is awesome for allergies. It also helps to keep you from getting colds. I have almost cured my allergies using this. Have taken now for about 5 years and my allergies are so much better. I didn't really have any problems this last fall when the Juniper and Pine trees usually wreak havoc. Will definitely continue to take this herb.

The product I received came in the form of capsules. See photo.The *tablets* were prescribed a few years ago and were very effective!I suspect some people prefer capsules if they wish to open them for powder. But I prefer to break the tablet in half and place under my tongue.

I was introduced t this several years ago when I had an allergic reaction to someone's cat. It is cheaper to buy here then from a Naturopath office. Keeps allergies in line and even helps due cold season.

This is my favorite product to take in the fall to keep my immune system/wei qi strong to prevent fall colds and allergies from settling in. Without it I normally get a bad cold that goes into my chest every fall. THis year I took my Astra C consistently and stayed well; even while everyone around me got sick with flu. Dramatically lessens allergy problems as well; which is no small thing in Austin.LHE Austin, TX
