The light bulbs arrived yesterday and I was anxious yet hopeful for their success in my outdoor lampost! Unfortunately when I bout the lamp I didn't notice it used chandelier style bulbs so I've gone through a light of lightbulb changes which involves dragging out the ladder, not fun!! The light takes two bulbs so I screwed the first one in and it was beautiful and bright and my hopes soared!! Then I began to screw in the second light, also realing as I was doing this it was going to work, because it's a dusk to Dawn bulb, and the light from the first bulb would prevlude the second from lighting!! (#smacksselfinforehead #duh #idiot). But, as it turns out, the second lightbulb came apart at the base in that annoying way where you now have to figure out how to get the broken piece unscrewed!! Thus two stars, the one bulb is working great but the quality of the lights are questionable!! 50/50 in my experience!!Update: without going to the manufacturer/seller, I was contacted based solely on my review, and was so pleasantly surprised that they offered to replace my broken bulb without the need to return the defective one!! I have so little faith in most manufacturers that I didn't even bother to contact them about the issue!! But they got in touch with me and offered the replacement! For customer service alone I would give 5 stars, but the product that worked was also excellent so I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family!! Honestly!!

These bulbs do exactly what they say they will do...turn on automatically when it senses darkness. They provide plenty of light for my driveway. I purchased these for fixtures that contains two light sockets, so be sure to pay attention and read the "Important Notice" at the bottom of the product page. Only one of the bulbs will function when placed next to another - makes sense, but I missed the warning. Since I have one light fixture on each side of the garage door, four bulbs would probably been too much light.

These definitely work as described - we've had no problem with them turning on at dusk and off in the morning. However, I completely missed the warning that you need to have some room between the bulbs to keep the light from one from canceling out. Our porch light has two side by side bulbs so only one turns on. A single bulb is pretty bright, so it works, but it is something to keep in mind.

It's my front porch light now. It is handy having it turn itself off and on when I'm gone all day or all week. If I had it to do over I'd probably order the 3000 K one so its light would match that of all of my neighbors, instead of the 5000 K one I got (I really was looking for 4000 K but didn't find it), but it is not a big deal.

I purchased this two pack of dusk to dawn bulbs for our post light out front. Only one can be used at a time due to the way the sensors work to detect lack of light to turn on. The first bulb only lasted about 3 months, not even close to 30000 hours as in the description. I contacted Lohas, and after they verified my purchase they sent me replacement bulbs. I'm happy with the bulbs as the amount of light is just right and they only work when the sun is down, which is when I want them to work (as the sensor connected to the post light broke years ago).

The daylight light is not as bright as advertised. It would have been nice if they sold a soft white version though. One thing to remember is that if you have two sockets then both of these will not work together. At most you can plug in one of these light bulbs.

The bulbs work great but, I was trying to use two bulbs right next to one another. At dusk one bulb senses the turn on point just before the other and upon lighting prevents the other bulb from turning on.

DON'T BUY IF YOU WANT 2 BULBS FOR SAME LIGHT FIXTURE!!! 11/29/18UPDATE: I contacted seller. After half a dozen unnecessary emails back and forth (I had to send them a photo of the bulb NOT working), I was told cannot put 2 bulbs in same fixture. It NOW says this in description, but I don't think it said it when I bought 6 bulbs, 3 for each of 2 fixtures. I NOW HAVE 4 EXTRA BULBS FOR BULBS THAT LAST 30,000 HOURS! ------------ Purchased for front porch outside lights. I put two in each of two fixtures - and now only 1 in each fixture is still lighting at night. I thought LED bulbs lasted a whole lot longer than that. With only one bulb lit in each light, it’s almost like having no light. I’m very disappointed.
