We are well pleased with these phones. We had two, one each for me and one for my wife. Getting them up and running was very easy, and they charge pretty quickly as well.The only downside we had was with delivery. The Royal Mail man just threw the phone package down onto our doorstep with a bang. We have a door camera, as we looked back to see what was going on, and they were in full view of all those walking past. The RM man never even rang our doorbell, and he just signed for them himself, saying we were not in. I didn't know they were here for over 3 hours, when we spent over £250 on phones, we expected better.

The delivery was very fast. The mobile was packaged well, no damage. The price was cheaper than elsewhere. It came with the charger lead and pin as expected. The A16 5G Samsung mobile was very easy to set up and transfer the data from my old A13. The screen is slightly bigger than the A13. It is a lovely phone to handle and easy to work. Very happy with the seller and the phone.

Phone is a beautiful colour, easy to set up and use. The screen is lovely bright and big. Camera is amazing already tested it out on our horses.There was an issue with shipping and tbh I was tad abrupt with the seller. The seller replied professionally and explained it was the carrier but they would refund the shipping which in all honesty was lovely of them to do considering it was DHL fault.But all In all beautiful phone very happy and very Impressed with understanding/professionally reaction 👌

I have upgraded same phone but now 6g. I am with Tesco, to buy the phone there £174Amazon £130, pleased with the phone no different what i am used to, delivery fast. Charges up quick and easy to use. One downside no charger but I did read in the reviews it did not come with one. I bought a charger from my local mobile shop who set the new phone up for me £7 much cheaper than Amazon. So folks the lesson to learn here, shop around for phone and accesorios. Amazon was the best price for the phone and cover. Happy customer.

Much more handier than my old phone because of the size and all buttons being on one side. A lot more of functionalities are Improved e.g. camera. Th rest is a matter of expectations adjustment and getting used too. Compared to Iphone, the "service quality / price" ratio is much better.

Bought for my kid as a quick replacement for their old phone. Works great, simply pop your sim in and it will crack on with the rest. Easy set up, audio quality is decent for the price. Screen is bright and clear, Samsung software is always a win anyway. Good all rounder for kids and people who are new on android.

As advertised good price I'd use this seller again.
