Five starts, but with a suggestion. First, it's delicious and different. The coffee is high quality, the bourbon flavor and aroma are dominant, but not overpowering, with the cherry more pronounced the sweeter you make each cup. The bomb with a cigar, BTW. My suggestion is to play with adding a vanilla note. I'll be brewing some with a couple vanilla extract drops. Update incoming.

I LOVE THIS COFFEE!! This coffee is so smooth and tastes wonderful! It is not bitter not crazy strong and has been a front runner for me since I found it!

Ran out of the coffee I originally was drinking and wanted to try something else that wasn't as expensive. Then I saw this coffee and thought I would give it a try because it was half the price I was paying for the other stuff. I figured if I didnt like it then my brother could drink it, but I ended up really enjoying it. As of right now Im still on the fence about switching over and making this my main coffee but for the price and the taste, I wouln'd be surprised if I keep buying it.

Overall a very good flavor. I can't wait to try they rest. I brewed mines cold and it was great

This has a wonderful full flavor and smell. My family is picky about coffee (in a reversed snob way ). This makes it difficult to enjoy coffee and satisfy everyone. This brand of Medium Roast was well received with continued use. I especially appreciate that it doesn’t turn bitter as soon as it starts to cool.

I liked the taste: a nice but not overbearing hint of bourbon and black cherry and it doesn't intervene with true aroma of coffee. Will order it again.

While we loved the fact that by buying from this brand we're helping to support emergency responders, this flavor just fell short. It wasn't highly acidic, but the dark cherry just wasn't there. We made the first pot with our typical amount of coffee--very little cherry taste. On the second pot we decided to try an additional scoop of grounds. Nope, still didn't provide much cherry flavor. We'll continue to try their other flavors over time, but this one we won't be repurchasing.

Good dark roast, beans are not old from a long distribution/storage delay; brews a smooth, creamy espresso, no bitterness; makes mornings, good mornings with the satisfaction of support for fire fighters;
