I got a figure made of our baby for my husband’s first Father’s Day and it did not disappoint!! The ordering process was simple (I selected a more detailed product) and the processing/delivery was right in the middle of the given window. I also messaged the seller directly with a question and they responded promptly.The product does get mailed from China and tracking info when it cleared US customs was not updated for some reason, but the shipping and delivery timeframe was still excellent.The detail on the figure as taken from the photo I sent was great and it really is an adorable keepsake. I would highly recommend this for any Lego-lover!

I got this as a present for my boyfriend and he loved it. The colors were slightly off on our hair, but that can be attributed to a dimly lit picture. Other than that it turned out perfect

Got this as Valentine's day gift for my wife. Haven't build these yet, so gonna come back with building steps and experience after the Feb 14th.As of now, I gotta say I'm truly impressed with the modeling from the photo to the building bricks. The bricks themselves look very good quality as well, I got the couple set with the heart, separated in two small boxes with online building instructions using a QR code.Very high expectations for the building process!

I ordered 5 of these as bridesmaid gifts and they are fantastic! The first one was supposed to be in a Green Bay Packers sweatshirt, and unfortunately I uploaded a picture that didn't show the letters clearly and my brick head had a shirt that said "Plikce". I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond and they offered to resend that brink with the correct spelling. The also worked with me by sending previews of the other characters and working with me to make sure they were perfect. I highly recommend these as gifts!

Received it sooner than expected. I got it for my 9 year old nephew who is a Lego fanatic... He was surprised and loved it. It was actually a little bigger than I envisioned. I did pay the extra for detailed instead of basic. So the hair is more detailed. They matched his outfit perfectly... And got his name on the bottom. Very easily scan the QR code for directions... I included a photo of how the packaging looks. Highly recommend!!!

While this item arrived on time, came with clear instructions and was easy to put together - it also came with an odd graphic. I ordered two of these for my kids. As you can see in the pictures - the figures themselves are cute and turned out well however the picture I submitted for my daughter had her wearing a shirt that said ‘slay girl slay’ in green and red writing that somehow got interpreted to say ‘Dear Santa, Sorry for all the f-bombs, it’s been a crazy year’……despite the quality - would NOT recommend

Definitely too expensive for what you get, but it is unique and good gift.

I was definitely hesitant to order this but so glad I did! The process for submitting a picture was super easy and they truly did pay attention to the little details right down to the flowers I was holding in my hand and the slit in my skirt. I’m very happy with how this turned out! I got it as a gift for my boyfriend and he said that following the instructions was very straightforward and he loves the final product. Definitely great for any LEGO lover out there. They’re great quality, too. Doesn’t feel flimsy or cheaply made.

Sie sind sehr süss, Anleitung super gemacht. Qualität ist super haben nur die Haarfarbe und die Farbe des pullovers nicht ganz getroffen, das bild von mir war aber auch relativ dunkel, weshalb ich es verzeihen kann.

Ich habe diese Figuren schon lange im Auge gehabt, hatte allerdings bedenken, wie akkurat die Personalisierung ist. Doch die Figuren sind total schön und sehen wirklich aus wie mein Freund und ich. Ich bin sehr gespannt, sie werden bald verschenkt und zusammengebaut :)

Leider wurde ein ein falsches Teil geliefert. Es hätte ein Bart sein müssen, jedoch kam ein normaler Mund dazu.Der Verkäufer sieht sich nicht verpflichtet mir das eigentlich dazugehörige Teil nachzusenden.Wäre ein Geschenk für meinen Mann gewesen, schade drum.
