This is a very simple pedometer. It just tracks steps. How easy is that? My other one stopped working/broke right before vacation so I needed one fast. I purchased this one. It was easy to carry in my pocket. I was not sure if it was counting steps correctly. After vacation, i purchased the other one I have used for years. They both are the same. ;) So it does work and works well, even in a pocket. Plus, it is rechargable.

If what you want is a simple step counter, rechargeable and easy to read, this is it. Push the button to reset to zero and start walking. I clocked it by counting steps, and by distance knowing my stride, and it was dead on. The backlight is nice to have. It would be good if they could add a clock and/or a stopwatch function so you can time your exercise, but I've got a pocket watch for that (old school). This unit has nice large digits that can be read in daylight or at night, especially if you get the black color for contrast. The manual says it can last up to 3 months on a charge. There is no battery indicator so if you are in doubt, charge it up by removing the cap on one end to uncover the USB plug, and plugging it in to your computer or any USB port. Simple, quiet, lightweight and dependable, just like it should be. Well worth the price of a few dollars. Recommended.

Clip is very narrow and difficult to open (for my hands). If I brush against something, because it’s so narrow, it often falls off. I “lost” this several times. Other than that, though, it’s accurate.

This little unit does exactly what I wanted, a simple step counter. I chose it over others because it is USB chargeable. I have counted a few times and have found it to be pretty accurate, within about 20 steps either direction. I like that it can be worn on a neckstrap or clipped on without affecting its accuracy. The price was right. If you want a simple pedometer, I highly recommend this one!

Wanted a step counter that did not require any additional apps or equipment; just wanted a simple, easy to use step counter to track daily steps. It’s not 100% accurate but damn close - accurate enough to give an estimation of daily steps. Very easy to use - literally open it up and use it right away - no set up needed. It’s nothing fancy. You can recharge it easily through USB and you can hang it around your neck with the lanyard provided, clip it to your clothing with the clip provided (works well - clip is tight), or even just carry it in your pocket and I have found it tracks pretty accurately/similarly each way. One thing I noticed though is that when worn around my neck mainly, if it swings a lot, even if not walking, the sensor may track these kinds of extra movements as steps sometimes, but it does have a 10 step error correction built-in to help minimize inaccurate step counting. It also has a light up feature if needed, and you can easily reset it each day with the reset button on the back. Highly recommend.

Easy and affordable way to track your steps throughout the day. It seems very sturdy as I have dropped it a number of times and it looks good as new. The rechargeable battery is great because other pedometers require small/obscure batteries. Would recommend!

It works just fine, but is not user-friendly and takes up too much space in my pocket. I thought I had lost my old Omron pedometer, which is no longer made. I grabbed this product as a replacement. I liked that it was super simple - I don't need a lot of extras, just how many steps I've taken each day - and also how many of those steps were at a fast enough pace to qualify as "aerobic" exercise. My old Omron did that. This product looked basic enough to suit my needs, but it was a little disappointing. Using it is not intuitive, something this simple should not require gong back to the manual to figure out how to use it. But for me, the biggest drawback is that it's just a bit too big to fit comfortably in my pocket. Luckily for me, I found my old Omron pedometer and I'm back to using it again. I'm much happier than I was using this product. It DOES work just fine and seems to be of decent quality. But if small size matters to you, this might not be your best choice.

I’ve purchased probably 6-7 pedometers on Amazon in the last year because the ones I bought kept breaking. So far this one has lasted the longest! It is a little bulky to clip onto leggings, but you can take the clip off and put it in your pocket with jeans. It’s perfectly accurate, as I’ve looked at it while speed walking on a treadmill and it’s exact. I like that it charges as a usb, only problem is it doesn’t warn you when the battery is low. It lasted probably three months of daily use before I had to charge it. I’ve dropped it several times and the numbers haven’t gone glitchy like other ones. I don’t expect these to last several years, but so far this is the winner over all the other ones. A solid choice if you just want a step counter without the emf and Bluetooth on your body.

Love this pedometer! It’s super easy to use- no apps, no setup, no fuss. Just clip it on and start walking. It only starts counting after you’ve taken a few steps, so it’s really accurate and doesn’t count random movements. The battery life is amazing. I charged it once and it’s still going strong. I love that it just plugs into a USB port, no batteries to replace. It’s small, lightweight, and easy to wear on my waistband or around my neck. Overall, it’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what I need without any extra tech stuff. Highly recommend if you just want something that works!
