Helps with pain. Does not use much electricity. Easy to use and take to different parts of the house.

I had major surgery on my leg that left the back of my leg from my bottom to my knee in lots of pain. Plus, a 7.5" incision at my glute, so a very active spot on the body. I lay on this mat every single night at bed time. It warms too a perfect temperature and I can feel it working deep into my leg. I also use it on my abdomen when I'm having cramps or hip pain. I love the adjustable settings, it's a perfect size, and it's durable! It comes with a great little strand, too! It is definitely helping my body heal and also helps take away the pain in my body so I can relax enough to sleep. At first I wasn't sure it was working, but after a few weeks, I realized how much my body needed it by bedtime each night. This is money well spent!

It was great until it stopped working after 6 months. The panel completely stopped working (while the wire and remote seem to still work). Very disapointed, loved it ! But for the price if it only works for a few months, I can't reocmmend, unfortunately. Hoping the seller will send a new panel to remedy the issue ...

First impression isn't great. But I may change review later. It seems cheap and was hard to put together and I'm no idiot. The arm at top falls over too easily as well.9/10/25I came back to revise and give another star! After using it just 3 times on my leg injury I swear to you my pain is better. I'm shocked. I truly was a skeptic. But I plan on using this every day. I felt a tingle in my leg and the pain is so much better. I'm a happy customer now.

The product is great, and the customer service is even better. the only problem I had was with the stand which broke after a few months. I emailed them and Liliana was able to help me get a replacement. I'd definitely recommend Inteo product.

Love the fact that you can place on different parts of your body. Husband does shoulder, I'm hip. Easy to use. Soft to the skin. Good size

Heard Light therapy was beneficial and wanted to try it.Lights worked as specified but box was missing the extension arm that light panel connects toSo was unable to suspend to sit under. Submitted request for missing part but told they had no more sets in stock.Disappointed I received refund but would have liked to have replacement with all the parts.

Great for the money.
