However, their customer service was fantastic, which made me feel comfortable purchasing from them again. Nice heat press. Easy to use although instructions are not as thorough as a beginner to heat presses could use. I got the blue one and it a very nice looking tool, but it is very heavy so it stays in one place in my craft room. It is quiet and works just as advertised.

After an extended period of research on heat presses I was finally convinced that this item was the best of all the heat presses I looked at. The value and quality in my opinion was the best choice and now after using it several times I am sure I made the best choice

I am super excited for this item, it works just as it is described, I have had no issues, great machine. I did have to contact customer service and they were incredibly helpful and my issue was user error. Once they helped I have not had any problems and everything I have pressed from shirts to coasters have turned out beautiful!!

Pretty happy with the press. Only issue is it steams/smokes at temps over 380degrees. Not sure if it’s normal or just mine. I do sublimation and vinyl.
