Brings Beans to Life!
This stuff imparts a deep, savory smokiness in an instant to my bean dishes. And with zero effort! I've added more legumes to my cooking mainly for health reasons. Not only that, they're cheap! But sometimes, even after adding lots of aromatics and slow simmering for an hour, something was always missing. The flavor wasn't hittin'! So I tried this. Just a half teaspoon brought out the flavors, and I didn't even need to add more salt!(I'm on a low-sodium diet, so that's important to me.) I can now make a lovely, rich, satisfying bean stew or soup in half the time and with zero the frustration. Sidenote: It's best when used with earthier beans like black or red beans.

El paquete llego bien y la botella de cristal intacta. Al parecer la sensación a ahumado no es como esperaba y creo haberle puesto a mi carne lo suficiente, pero es pasable.
