Good quality tablets.
We have been giving these high-strength mobility supplements to our elderly Corgi/Beagle, who has been having some trouble walking and particularly lying down, which appears to cause him some pain. Of course, it's not scientific, but anecdotally, he has improved in the last couple of weeks, and this may be in part or in whole due to the tablets. The constituents comprise some of the ones familiar from other joint-care products, ie glucosamine (two types), green-lipped mussel, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, manganese sulphate, fish oil (omega 3) and vitamins C and E. Chondroitin is absent as a discrete ingredient, but it is stated to be in the green-lipped mussel. The quantities of the active ingredients are generally higher - for example there is 250mg of glucosamine HCL per tablet (another supplement has only 80mg), 225mg of green-lipped mussel (against 150mg), etc. The turmeric root proportion is much lower, though, for some reason. The large hard tablets are fairly easy to crumble into food if the dog won't take them separately. Most of these supplements have a strong marine smell, which doesn't always get masked by any added flavours, and our dogs are adept at picking out foreign objects found in their bowls. Powder gets through. At £26.99 for 120 tablets, these aren't the cheapest, but at three per day, the compact pot (with metal lid), will last forty days, and in our case, they do seem to be more effective than lower-dose alternatives.

Best joint product I’ve ever bought
It takes about 3 to 4 weeks to really start working well, but I have seen a huge difference in my lovely dog. She is far more active, faster and bouncier. I have tried many other brands in the past, but these seem to be the best. It’s fantastic how these little supplements make such a difference.

Fantastic product and saved me money
My vet put me on to these, as the cost less that others but have a lot of strength. My dog had both a tendon injury and general wear & tear, but I am sure these help speed up the healing time and he is now running better than before the injury. So, I can’t recommend enough.

Not a cheap option but they seem to help
We have a couple of old dogs, both of whom suffer from various stiff joints. We have been using similar tablets to these for some time and they appear to make a difference. This brand is one of the more expensive ones at £28 for 120 tablets. The dogs eat them quite happily with their food, which they haven't done with some others we have tried. I'd certainly buy this brand again, the dogs are happy with them and the ingredients look to be decent.

NO DIFFERENT IN RESULTS THAN A MORE EXPENSIVE TABLET
THE DOG DID NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCE.

Very good
We've been giving tablets like this to our 15 year old collie cross for some years now and he's been fine with them and does about 5 miles of walks a day, mostly off the lead, with our 3 year old terrier and has no trouble keeping up. This particular brand seems to have all the ingredients of his regular brand and are about half the price of the better known brand that vets usually recommend.
