Purtroppo a causa del bloccaggio di un cuscinetto difettoso si è rotto il mozzo della ruota. Ho contattato il servizio di assistenza post vendita Womaqu che con estrema rapidità e cortesia mi ha inviato gratuitamente le parti di ricambio senza farmi pagare nulla, nemmeno le spese di trasporto. Nelle foto le parti del mozzo ruota che si sono rotte e nella bustina i ricambi che mi sono arrivati gratuitamente a casa. Prodotto eccezionale ed eccezionale anche l'assistenza post vendita. My son absolutely loves this RC car and has spent countless hours playing with it. It's super-fast, very manoeuvrable, and easy to control, making it suitable for both beginners and more experienced RC enthusiasts. The build quality is impressive, and it feels sturdy enough to handle plenty of action.One of the standout features is that it comes with two solid battery packs, which means more time driving and less time waiting for a recharge. It also includes a set of terrain wheels, giving you the flexibility to tackle different surfaces and get even more enjoyment out of the car.Like any RC car that gets a lot of use, I've found it's worth regularly checking that the wheel screws are tight, as they can occasionally work themselves a little loose after extended running. It's a minor maintenance task and hasn't affected our overall enjoyment.We did experience a few issues when we first received the car, but I have to say the Womaqu customer service team was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to resolving the problems. They even sent spare parts when needed, which made the whole experience stress-free and gave me confidence in the brand.Overall, we're very happy with this RC car. The combination of performance, durability, included accessories, and outstanding customer support makes it a great purchase. This RC truck was purchased for my 9-year-old son. RC car racing has become very popular among the kids in our neighborhood, so he spent a long time saving his own money and finally decided to buy this model.We were pleasantly surprised by its speed and power. Most RC vehicles designed for kids are fairly slow, but this truck is genuinely fast and handles grass, dirt, and rough terrain very well.One thing parents should know is that the speed is quite impressive, so it takes a little time to get used to controlling it. During the first couple of days there were a few crashes and rollovers while my son was learning how to drive it. However, after a few days of practice, he became much more confident and was able to control it very well.What impressed me the most was the chassis design. The suspension works well, the truck handles bumps and rough terrain with ease, and many of the mechanical components look surprisingly robust for a vehicle in this price range. It is clear that attention was given to the technical side of the design.My son was excited from the very first day and still enjoys driving it almost every day.Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and would recommend this model to other families looking for a fast, fun, and capable off-road RC truck for their child.Excellent customer service and support.The seller responded to my message the same day and took the time to carefully clarify which parts were damaged and what exactly I needed.I also asked whether it would be possible to receive some extra spare parts in case of future issues. Unser achtjähriger Sohn hat das Auto zu Weihnachten bekommen.Er ist mit dem RC Auto rundum zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und robust, sodass das Fahrzeug auch kleinere Stöße und unebenes Gelände problemlos wegsteckt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der große Fahrspaß: Das Auto ist wendig und dabei jederzeit stabil zu steuern. Das Auto ist dazu unglaublich schnell!Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die einstellbare Geschwindigkeit, die es sowohl Anfängern als auch fortgeschrittenen Fahrern ermöglicht, das RC Auto optimal an die eigenen Fähigkeiten anzupassen. Auch die Akkulaufzeit hat mich überzeugt, da sie für ausgedehnte Fahrten ausreicht und nicht ständig nachgeladen werden muss. Zusätzlich ist ein Erstzakku dabei.Insgesamt stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Für den gebotenen Funktionsumfang, die gute Qualität und den hohen Spaßfaktor kann ich dieses RC Auto uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This is a fantastic RC car, well made, super quick, great features such as 2nd battery included in the box, S.Trim and variable speed control. Bought this for my sons birthday and it's his favourite gift, 3months on and hes still using it daily. Great on all types of terrain, he loves using it to do spins, tricks and flicks on the local skate parks as well as drifting it around the local parks and trails. If you are in two minds, choose this one! Also easy to maintain. We have spent quality time together learning about the suspension and the other workings of the car by stripping, cleaning and putting it all back together. Overall by far and away the best RC car he's ever owned.
