This item does not recognize my battery packs though the setting is correct to the users manual. I've written to Amazon who contacted the seller, no response. I am using it but hate it. That wireless unit they ship with it for collecting and reporting information, it never has any collected info to share. Once again, no one to ask about this.

I was impressed at first of wht on paper this shld b capable of installed following directions supplied with product installed my 24volt lithium battery pack everything seemed to be going fine for about half a day than i heard inverter fault sounds looked at my battery and it was destroyed so i now lost a $600 battery i tried useing the wifi capability thid product is supposed to have only to find tht i had to download a app that is unable to be used in the united states i now have a 24volt SLA battery installed and am hopeing the inverter does not destroy this one as well all in all id have to say at this moment im very disapointed and prob should havr gone with a diff inverter for like $200 with same capabilitys am going to try n contact support
