Had to throw it away bc it's smells bad, tastes awful and causes stomach ache.

IT IS GOOD FOR BEGINNERS BUT NOT TO BE USED FOR A VERY LONG DURATION
Good for beginners but creates foam and taste is above average. It is good for Beginners till 3-4 months later can buy more protien content whey the colour of the protien is not brown in raw form but when mixing it we can see brown colour means there could be used of low quality color and preservation but overall it is good and I recommend for begginers to use it

It will damage kidneys. Shake looks too different in colour.
I gave 4 stars bcz my comment should not get blocked...This protein powder looks white but after shaking for 30sec the shake colour is dark brown colour till now I have not seen that much dark colour and the powder is not dry looks wet. No lumps.. I guess this may damage our kidneys..The shake colour made me mad.
