this is pretty immediate and powerful, as a 14 day colon detoxAs a new user, luckily I followed the instructions that one a night for the first four nights was the way to go, then 2 a night after that for the remaining 10 nights.Be very careful as there’s little warning stay close to a toilet!

I started by taken 1 tablet for 4 days as advised and since been taking two in the evening at about 7pm, it certainly works by the time I wake up about 6.30am every morning, my stomach has gone right down. I have more energy and not being having my afternoon naps as I was before. Really works for me. Definitely need to be by a loo in the morning!

DON’T waste your money they do nothing even after a second day / dose
DON’T waste your money on this product it doesn’t work & it’s not eligible for a refund however , Amazon did refund me as their terms & conditions allows 30days & how would you know if the product worked without trying it first? - That should have been the first red flag.Saw mixed reviews and hoped it would be fine but I will wait until the usual ones in order are back in stock.Never seen white coated “colon cleanse products “& will definitely avoid any further ones seen online.

Will update in few days.After 1 day of taking just 1 tablet i feel already better. Im less bloated and my own clothes dont pin inyo my body as much. It gived me lots of gas over the night. I did woke up with mild gut cramping few times but nothing serious. I woke up feeling quite well. I had cramping during the day. And went toilet few times. I have IBS and im waiting for colon surgery so kepping clean is my aim . Tablets works so far. That is just update on day 1. On packet it says to take 1 tablet every night for 4 days , than to upgrade to 2 tablets. I woild be scared to take two. It does work.

Yes they clean you out but can’t go out ontill you have went to the toilet
