This iron is a very good quality my doctor prescribed to me many years ago, i purchased for my mom too. But remember you must take with C for better absortion. Excellent brand..!

I've been taking these for about 7 months for iron deficiency. I take with 1000 mg of vitamin C every morning 1 hour before eating or drinking coffee. My ferritin has raised to the point I am almost symptom free. They're annoying to get out, but the high dose is worth the effort so I don't have to swallow multiple capsules. Size is easy for me to swallow. My 13 year old daughter also takes them, and she has a high gag reflex. She is able to swallow them with water as well.

I buy these for me and my mom! Very good for people who suffer from anemia ! I would recommend trying it so helpful! They don’t constipate you and believe me when you do your blood work you will see the difference.

I don’t like talking ion because of the stomach issues it causes but I have to because my levels are so low. This one hasn’t been hard in my stomach. So far so good. I just started taking it like 2 weeks ago so I’ll see how it helps my levels when I get tested again.

This is the same medication that was prescribed at an improved price…and it comes to the house. Each capsule is in a little blister pack. It can be a bit hard to get each one out…but they are pristine. We have reordered a few times and lab work is improving.

I was turned onto this iron supplement by a woman when we were donating blood. My iron level was 1/2 point above where it needed to be to donate. her level was off the chart. I asked what she uses and she told me about these pills. she was told about them by her doctor. since starting them my energy level is coming back up. Note: I am not a meat eater and I was not enemic before starting this supplement.
