Easy to apply, dries fast, works great!
We used this product to seal teak patio tables after another product failed. The product goes on easy, dries quickly and has protected our tables very well. A little expensive but worth the price. Durable product and our tables look great!

I am a varnish lover…..but this is so much easier!!
I’m a varnish person and absolutely love the look and smell of fresh varnish……..but have tired of the constant work it takes when your boat is in the Florida sun all the time, and I want it to be perfect, no flaking or blistering and that requires way more time than I want to spend on it now. I enjoy doing other things much more than varnishing! We have a LOT of teak on our sailboat and I stripped about 80% of it down to bare wood and started using SEMCO NATURAL about 4 years ago. I couldn’t be happier with it! The only place I have to tape is around the handrails on the cabin top as there is non-skid right up to the edges of them and because of the material used in the non-skid it will stain. Otherwise I don’t tape anything, just wipe on and go back with a rag and denatured alcohol to wipe off the drips on the edges. I put on 3 coats, back to back to back, wait a day and put on a 4th coat. I do this in the spring and again in the fall. I wash the teak, wait a day or 2 for it to completely dry, then lightly sand with 220 grit, then do the coatings. Our boat is 47’ with a 4” toerail, 4” cap rail around the back part, and 4 cabintop handrails. I break this up into a 3 day project and put in about 2 1/2 hours each day. Looks like raw teak when I’m done and we’ve gotten many compliments on it and lots of questions as to how we keep it looking so good! I do keep the eyebrow and cockpit coaming varnished, although I’m thinking seriously about stripping those as well. I don’t think you’ll be unhappy if you decide to go this route. You’ll have way more time to use the boat!!!

The Best!
Been using Semco for several years now. It’s easy to apply annually, not a lot of work, and lasts the boating season. Watch the YouTube videos. Worth the money!

Good color match, keeps our teak fresh
Our teak patio set cost a small fortune, and the thought of letting it go silver-gray just didn't work for us. Once a year we spray, brush, and rub the Semco Teak Sealer (Natural) into our table and it stays looking like new. Don't confuse "natural" for colorless, because there is a stain in the sealer, just one that's pretty close to fresh teak. We're very happy with the product and though we leave our teak uncovered through the winter, it keeps it looking great. Most years we do an application at the beginning of Summer and Winter, but sometimes just once a year and that seems ok too. We find that the Solo sprayer works well with it. First, we spray, then we rub it in with a cloth.Note: the can in my shot is the 1 gallon size, which wasn't available when we reorderd.

I'm FREE from teak!
Every spring I sand and apply 4 coats of Cetol Natural Teak then another 2 coats of gloss. This will take me about 2 to 3 weeks weather permitting. I just finished sanding and sealing 60ft. of toe rail in 2 days and it looks awesome and I like the matted sheen. Highly recommend Semco.
