2 Posters that are double-sided, great info on them, perfect for teen son beginner
Before ordering, don't forget these are double-sided so we put them between 2 leftover clear plastic poster frames (20"x30") so son can see both sides when needed. Had we tacked them to the wall he wouldn't be able to see 2 of the 4 sides without removing them and putting more holes in the wall several times per week - They arrived rolled up tightly, so be prepared to get creative if you plan to use all 4 sides.

Love it it's down to Earth ...do gotta lay it flat on something for few hours since it's slightly laminated no problem on that unless your all lazy etc. Oops lol...And I like how the muscle groups your hitting is in a redish colour
