I love the ease and convenience of these all-in-one supplements. It makes it quick and easy to take these capsules as opposed to multiple bottles with a capsule of each. This supplement contains 3 separate bottles in a bundle that contain Sea Moss, Black Seed Oil, Ashwagandha, Burdock Root, Turmeric, Bladderwrack, Dandelion, Yellow Dock, Elderberry, Apple Cider Vinegar, Chlorophyll, Manuka Honey, Ginger and more. I do not generally care for the taste of Sea Moss or Turmeric and love that these capsules have no flavor. The recommended dose is 5 capsules a day and they are easy to swallow. I take them with breakfast and plenty of water and have not experienced any negative side effects. Each bottle contains 60 capsules so it is a 1 month supply making it a good value. I love the convenience of ordering these all together.I do wish that the vendor included some more information about the potential benefits from these capsule ingredients. There is information about what is inside the capsules and how much on the Amazon page, but little to nothing on the benefits you may experience from taking these capsules. In general, Sea Moss is known for potential benefits to digestion & immunity; Black Seed Oil is known for its antioxidant & anti-inflammatory properties; Ashwagandha may help with stress and mental focus; Burdock Root & Turmeric support your liver health, etc. These capsules are a good choice for someone looking to improve their health overall.

Referring to the first picture on their website: I am not taking the pills from the first bottle (pictured from left to right) because they contain Panax ginseng, which can increase blood pressure. Panax ginseng (also known as Asian or Korean ginseng) may elevate blood pressure, whereas American ginseng does not.I am taking the pills from the second and third bottles, but since I am also taking many other vitamins and supplements, including glucosamine, chondroitin, turmeric, boswellia serrata, omega-3, collagen type II, and probiotics, it is difficult to determine how beneficial these Xuore pills are on their own. With a lot of these supplements, it’s hard to gauge quality and effectiveness, but really they’re not supposed to have a very precise effect. The taste is fine, sometimes I will get a little bit. Burp up if I don’t chug a lot of water after, which then has a very earthy taste.

There's some fair value in this 3-pack, but the missing safety seals are too big a defect in quality control.

This is an absolutely brilliant package of what you need supplements. I am so pleased that they started using the seaweed to extract a lot of these nutrients.It seems that we are in a new age of vitamins and they are devised for usIf you look at the ingredients on each bottle, you will see that it has all of your A-to-Z stuff and some. I actually have a suitcase full of supplements and vitamins and now that I got this, this will be my go to. Life Just got a little easier.I don’t get me wrong. I still have some focused supplements and often. I’ll look at those more focused versions and I’ll actually see the same amount of that stuff inside of this set of three bottles.
