Great Customer Service
Awesome customer service. I pushed the SSD to the limit and it started slowing down (Probably a defect that's one in a million) Got a refund and replacement and it never slowed down. Again, awesome speedy drive with great customer service. Issue resolved in under 3 days!

Failed on 500gb transfer
Died and IDSonix website is no longer in service. 1 Month past Amazon return policy. Lost out on $90. Only buying name brand from now on.

Entry level NVMe
I was hesitant to purchase this iDsonix i3000 QLC NAND NVMe drive because iDsonix’s website no longer exists as of May 2025. Visiting it yields, “Sorry, this store is currently unavailable.” As such, I could not find detailed specifications on the drive beyond what’s published on Amazon. There’s no mention of endurance (TBW). I reached out to the seller via Amazon and they informed me the drive is rated for 150 TBW.At this price point, do not expect the NVMe to have DRAM or SLC cache. Be glad it passes a ValiDrive test, so you know it’s not mis-representing its capacity. For what it’s worth, the included heat sink is a nice touch.
