Over 20 Years, Still Perfect
I put a set of these on my Honda FourTrax in 1996 and another set on my Rancher in 2000 - they're both still going strong. My original sets are a bit skinnier and don't have the rubber gripping fingers.I just put this upgraded model on my 2019 Honda Rancher and it looks sharp. I like the thicker rubber coating and I think the fingers/fins are a nice addition. My older Hondas have 3/4" tubing for the OEM racks (not the gun racks, the ATV racks), my newer Rancher has 1" tubing. The beefier new All Rite gun racks match well with the larger tubing on the Rancher.I just installed these last night so I can't speak to the durability of the new model but based on my experience with the older models, I'd say All Rite makes an excellent product.

Works well to keep rifle securely in place while riding - no issues.
No issues with this product. Holds rifle nicely and firmly without and undue stress or wear on stock furniture or scope (no scabbard/case used). Rubber forks and little flip-over rubber flap do job of holding rifle securely in place without scratching or stress on scope. However I've yet to test them in below freezing temperatures. A short bungee cord may yet be needed to ensure weapon is totally secured. I rode a couple miles of hilly terrain with creek crossings without incident (no bungee). I mounted product to back rack parallel to wheels rather then across the front bike (broke too many things that way) and only concern is trigger/safety catching on something. I'll probably leave on bike year-around to hold tools with handles too large for yellow tool holders on other side.

BETTER THAN MOST
I've had/used several iterations of this rifle/gear holder, and this by far, is the best. It's strong, well-made and adaptable. While my new ATV (4-wheeler) is for the most part, wonderful, its racks are atrocious when trying to mount a rifle holder. These holders, however, because of their universal and accommodating design and ability to swivel, made mounting to the rear ATV rack PARAELL to the seat simple, secure and functional. Furthermore, as recommended by other Reviewers, I was able widen the holders (by hand) to facilitate using a waterproof soft rifle case to protect my rifle as well as accessing it easily should quick action be necessary. One caveat - strongly suggest a quality bungie cord be used to secure the "stock end" of the gun case if used to the holder.

Strong, well built and easy to install
Very sturdily built, not cheap plastic. Tried it out for the first time yesterday with a rifle. Once situated with the butt stock on the floor of the Viking VI, the rifle rode securely and remained perfectly still and protected throughout the ride. Since these are sold in pairs, I will attach the second mount elsewhere and will be able to carry two long guns to the range. I’ve already recommended these to friends with UTV’s and ATV’s.The mounting clamps are not designed to fit roll cage bars. As you can see in the photo, it is securely attached over the grab bar in front of the passenger seat. The U-bolt is large enough to fit over the foam padding on the grab bar with no trouble. Definitely recommend these.

Best gun racks I've seen
These are super solid, very versatile in how you can mount them and most importantly, hold a rifle or shotgun very securely even without the top rubber straps. The gun wedges in the jaws very nicely and the soft coated rubber leaves no marks on stocks and is gentle on scopes. I have another set of kolpin mounts and these are far superior. I highly recommend.

Very sturdy way to mount a tool
I bought these to strap a AR or shotgun on to the side of a tactical baby stroller for three gun matches. I debated for awhile between these and the Konin (spelling?) plastic option that is popular here on Amazon. I frankly could've stuck with those, as these racks are way more tough than what I need for strolling around a gun range. These are really best designed for mounting a bow or rifle on a ATV or off-road vehicle. If you're planning on that use -- go with these over the largely plastic alternatives. These are much more sturdy than I need, but considering they are only a few dollars more than the largely plastic options out there, I bought a second pair for my other long gun. These weren't cheap, but they are well worth the price.

Perfect addition for hunting rigs
These are perfect if you use a wheeler for hunting. They are the first ‘mod’ any new wheeler gets. Works equally well with a padded gun case or just a rifle.Easy to install, easily positioned to still make use of front rack yet stay out of the way of handlebars. The rubber ‘security’ tabs are really not needed as the forks hold a rifle securely without them in most normal riding situations. In the event of a roll over you’d want your rifle thrown clear anyway to minimize damage to the weapon.I’ll be buying these as long as I’m buying wheelers

Perfect on my quad front rack
I've heard of problems with these rotating on round tube racks. My rack is an add-on with square tubing (5/8"?). I was able to reverse the aluminum mount pieces and it fit perfectly over the square tube. No rotation. No plastic bolt covers required, but I did engage the nylon insert in the nuts.

Awesome product perfect for a gun cart project
These yokes are perfect for my gun cart project for carrying all my stuff at a competition at my local club. They are very strong, compact and fit round tubing perfectly. I would suggest they would also go very well on a quad handle bars after seeing them in person, a great product.
