What I liked most is the ease of use. I believe we buy it for our elders if they have some respiratory issues. This product comes in ready to use form for you just need to put the humidifier bottle in place and add the inlet and outlet, if the user doesn't want humidification then all it needs is just one connection and start breathing

They have sold a company returned / poor quality product to us. The machine stopped working after 1 year and we come to know about this only when we took it to a service centre. The one on right side is original one. We got the one on left of picture which doesn’t have anything serial number.

There is no display of the oxygen concentration (%) released/ guaranteed by the manufacturer/ to the patient. Noise level is a bit on the higher side. There is no mention of ultrafill stations available here( India), nor whether they are filled with liquid oxygen or gas& the storage capacity etc. These are not applicable in India. At least disclose the Authorised company or dealers address

I have used this machine for my family member. Its works perfectly Fine even after 2 years. (They have given a warranty of 3 yrs). I had a problem with the registration of the warranty with the local service center. Amazon and the seller (C CROSS enterprises ) solved the matter promptly. You also have good company service centers for this product. Value for money.

Found the concentrator power cable plug with broken pin. Later read the same review from one of the customer, not sure whether it is same product or new one with same failure mode. Expected Amazon will be my quality care taker while picking and safely delivering the product. I feel in recent days the quality of Amazon service came down drastically. Even while asking for repair/return/replacement they are telling minimum 2days to study the issue and taking decision. Not sure how long it takes to take appropriate action. They are not understanding the importance of product, they have similar guide lines for medical lifesaver product and any other normal one. First I uploaded the faulty product pic and called the Amazon customer care to complain about faulty product, customer care team asked me to upload pic by including the date display and said the technical team needs two days to resolve. Few minutes later I have updated the pics. I didn't see any update for two days again approached customer care to know the status. I came to know that my investigation is not started since I didn't called them and requested again after pics upload I am not sure who laid these guidelines, my street end general store runs business better than them. May be it's my mistake to go with Amazon for critical life saver product. I am feeling a pity about my self being a Prime member of such a greate greate company.

I ordered this machine for someone and posting this review after five months usage, This oxygen concentrator from Philips is truly a life saver for asthmatic patients and who ever needs it for medical purposes. It comes with the all the required accessories so it’s like plug ‘n’ play. Genuine seller and Genuine product imported from US. Machine build quality was excellent. My recommendation was please use with good stabiliser. Philips Respironics service centers available in major cities. Finally, value for money and worth purchasing it from Amazon.
