Purchased this protective spray to use while fishing and hunting. Of course this is just an "addition" to other methods of safety against wild animals. I do not recommend simply relying on this product. For what it is and what it does, this product does exactly what it is advertised to do. The price is decent and the build quality is similar to other sprays I've purchased. It comes with a safety tab to avoid accidental sprays. It does not come with a carry case, so I had to make my own. Cannot review how effective it is as I have yet to have to use it.

I was unable to buy bear spray at my local Walmart, which is weird given bears show up routinely in and out of town. This stuff id half the price of what I found at other local stores. Now, I hope I do not have to use it.

Definitely works! However after two times spraying it’s no longer useful! Pricey for the amount of usage you get out of it!

There is a lot of product. I’ve not actually sprayed is yet but if I need it there no shortage. I bought for my fence line. My neighbors dogs like to come over and poop in my vacation rental yard. I spray it on the ground to deter them from stopping by to poo.

This is to be used camping to scared wild animals

This is a nice huge can of bear spray . I attached it to my hiking pack with a carabiner ring and had it on the front belt the whole time just in case I encountered a bear in the wilderness of Washington. I carried it the whole entire time with it bouncing up and down against my body and it did not leak at all m, so thank goodness! You can feel rest assured that this is a quality product that does not leak. I never got to spray it so I don’t know anything about how well it works and I really hope I never get to find out, but I’m sure it works well. The design allowed me to put the carabiners through so I could attach it to many things which makes it super convenient for backpacking/hiking. Appears to be easy to use and can spray quite far. I definitely felt safe against the Bears and against it accidentally spraying! I trust it 100%. If you’re debating, just buy it.

This doesn't spray very far. I have a raccoon invasion and I've used everything I could think of, and this was the last thing before trapping them and moving them out into a wooded area outside of town. I'm order for the spray to reach them, I had to let them get pretty close to me and I had to wear a mask so I wouldn't inhale the any of the spray. Once almost got me before I had enough space and time to spray. Don't suggest getting this unless your arms are ridiculously long, and even then I still don't suggest this for a defense mechanism.
