Pure encapsulation is my most trusted brand. I really notice a difference in how I feel during my runs a few hours after taking my pure pack! The price is high but the results I feel make it worth the purchase. I take mine every other day which stretches it out another month. Stellar combination and quantities of ingredients plus excellent quality. Each pack even has 320 mg of saw palmetto. This is the best supplement pack I have ever consumed, by far. Immediately better energy and health by my third day taking it. So much easier than separate bottled supplements, especially for traveling, but a very comprehensive formula. I will start a monthly subscription order. Highest possible recommendation.

My body is really picky about vitamins. I can always tell when I get a low quality vitamin because I get a headache after taking them. This is not the case with the Pure Pack. I take them right before bedtime with a glass of Kefir (to coat the stomach) and wake up refreshed with a ton of energy. Nice to have prepackaged items specific to your gender makes it much easier. I do a lot of traveling used to make up my vitamins, individually, and Tupperware cups now I can just throw these in my bag and go.

I had been using VitaminWorld packets for years until they removed them from inventory. I like taking vitamins throughout the day instead of one Mountain Dew-urine inducing horse pill and the packets make that easier. This formulation matches - and sometimes exceeds - the dosages of vitamins I had been using while I searched out a new packet variety.

So much here including the fish oil. The pills are a bit on the large size and there are a few of them. They don't bother me though. An easy way to get the vitamins I need.
