The absence of one of the attachments.
I didn’t check the condition of the item right away, but what mattered most to me was that all the attachments were included. When I opened the box, I discovered that one attachment—the one for nuts—was missing. This was really disappointing because that was the main reason I ordered this appliance.

Plates don't match up
The Smile plates are wrong. The smiles don't match up to one other when you put both of the plates. A simple basic design check error. Our maybe I received two of the same plates. Kids are hugely disappointed as they were looking forward to having a smiley pancake. Doesn't work.

احذروا المنتج مب زين قوالب خفيفه لذلك تحترق العجينه من برا ومن داخل تتم العجينه نيّة ،، سيء جداً جداً وللاسف مااستخدمته الا بعد شهر من استلامه
