I have a German Sheperd with EPI , couldn't get Creon 10000 so I tried this and it is working better , also don't have to make sure he has swallowed his pill . Bit more expensive but worth it .

I used this product for almost a year for my dog with EPI. She was healthy and processing food as she should. Earlier this year, the formulation changed, and I’ve noticed a steady decline in my dog- losing weight again, food obsession, and poor stools. Initially, I thought she would be ok with the formulation change, but she has not. I would not recommend this as an alternative product to support EPI digestion.
