We put the system up and running however after 4 days the HDD suddenly stopped working. I removed the cover, disconnected the HDD and plugged it back in and it is running just fine. I figured doing this first was better than complaining to the seller first. Ease of set up was pretty good though it took a bit to figure out setting up the wireless Wifi. We love the picture quality!!!! Haven't noticed any major lag so that's good as well. We feel more secure knowing that all the cams record unlike all of the other systems we have used. Well worth the money spent as far as we are concerned!!!

Super easy software. I would use a High definition TV versus a monitor for this. Tried a monitor, does not work well. For the record, if you set it up with the incorrect time the real views and playback will be off once you change the time to the correct time. Called the company (and they called me back....yaaa) and I had to reformat the hard drive (yes sounds scarry but this only wipes the recorded data, not the hard drive software.

I wanted to share my experience with this system for anyone considering it.First off, setting up the NVR was quick and straightforward, just plug it in, follow the on-screen instructions, and you’re good to go. The included cameras were already paired to the recorder. I also had a couple of Hiseeu cameras from a previous purchase, and they connected instantly without any extra steps which was surprising. The interface is easy to navigate, making it simple to review footage and to tweak the settings.Now, about the cameras... The 2.5K resolution gives a crisp, clear picture, and the night vision is surprisingly good. Even in total darkness, I can see details clearly.Motion detection does what it’s supposed to without bombarding me with unnecessary alerts, and the two-way audio is a useful bonus. I haven't actually had a chance to use the two-way audio yet other than having my neighbor have a conversation with me to test it out and it is very cool and clear.Storage and recording work smoothly. The hard drive provides plenty of space, and the system records around the clock 24/7 without any hiccups. Playback is easy and the motion events are easy to find within the graphic time line that the app provides. Pretty slick.As for durability, I already had a couple of Hiseeu cameras installed outside last summer, and they’ve held up perfectly through the summer heat and rain and now they're getting their first taste of February freezing temperatures and snow and they're still working excellent. These new ones feel just as solid, and being waterproof as well, I don't see any reason that they won't be just as good.Bottom line: if you want a security system that’s easy to set up, captures great quality footage, and holds up over time, this is a solid choice and the price is very hard to beat. It’s especially convenient if you already own Hiseeu cameras since everything integrates seamlessly.It's an easy 5 star rating. I'll update my review if my opinion changes.

Not even 1 month old and system is out. Hard drive failure. Over last 4 years this is 3nd system i have had from company. 1st 2 were installed in different locations but both died of hard drive failure at same time. Now my newest replacement dies for the same reason in under a month. I believe the main culprit for this is defective power supplies. As I have had 3-4 go out on cameras also. Tryed calling support but most the time it's just a auto hangup anytime you call and if you are lucky enough to talk to someone between their phone systems, breaking up so bad and the heavy accents. You cannot understand anything they are saying.Quick updated. This is day 7 of dealing with support. I have been required to disassemble my whole nvr 3 time, remove the hard drive and take pictures of it out of nvr 2 times and install one one my personal hard drives to prove the controller is out on nvr and still can't get them to send me a new nvr.

The media could not be loaded. This system come with 4 stationary cameras than can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. Power cords are roughly 10 feet long and there are 4. Also has the hardware to mount the cameras. Option to hard wire the cameras or connect wirelessly into your system. Cameras do need to be connected to a power source either way. NVR comes with hard drive already installed and ready to go. NVR can connect to a monitor or tv via VGA or the supplied HDMI cord. NVR connects to your home network via a supplied cable or wirelessly.Power NVR up and follow the instructions on screen. Cameras will show as they are powered on, no need to add them. I was also able to add all of my other cameras to this system which was an added bonus. Even my optical zoom cameras were added which I was not able add on another older system. Pictures from the cameras are nice and clear. Cameras are not yet mounted in the permanent spots due to current weather. It has not been above 10 degrees here for 3 days and cameras all are working flawlessly. This is the third Hiseeu system I have purchased and all have been easy to setup and monitor thru use of the Eseecloud app either on your phone, table, or PC. Other systems are at family members homes but I think this one I will keep.

Rarely do I leave reviews , have to say I’m impressed how easy and quick to install these cameras and set up to a tv ,Quality is good , covers exactly what I need , hooked up to a screen and my phone ,Day and night the camera has good quality highly recommend it.Comes with everything you need to mount and set up the whole system , bonus comes with a mouse !Instructions are easy to understand system is straight forward , looking forward to adding more cameras in the future .
