We have stupid kitchen plumbing with a very narrow outlet pipe from the sink so when it starts to develop a blockage, even a few grains of rice will completely block it. We have a fancy sink plunger which goes so far to unlocking it but eventually the pipe just seizes up and we have to dismantle the u bend and clean it all out. It was getting tedious to have to do it every other month.Until I tried this.Once I get a complete blockage I now tip this down and leave it overnight. Job done.My youngest daughter had been stuffing I don't know what diwn the bath plughole, plus lots of long hair going down the plug. Another bad block that this drain gel cleared overnight.I haven't tried leaving it for just five minutes because all our blocks are so bad, but I can certainly vouch for this completely clearing blockages!Simple, fuss free, a little bit nasty so pour carefully - but completely effective. Could save you a plumber call out!

Does what is says not badly priced would buy again

Is very good at clearing sinks. Good drainage qualityDecent smell. A bit expensive.

Great stuff, fixes blocked drains in no time and no nasty smells afterwards. Followed the instructions and didnt need extra time , perfect for what i needed it for.

This thing works wonders at clearing the drain. Have to use it a few times a year as hair builds up pretty quickly! But with a quick pour of a quarter of the bottle (not the half it suggests!) and ~30 minutes, it's worked each time so far! I've got several bottles on standby for when needed as I know I can rely on it.

I'm sure it will work fine when I come to use it (ordered just to have it in case) but it would seem to be, at best, old stock. Not so much the MAN date on the bottle of 03/25 but tge label reference to a money back offer which ran from 2021 to Sep 2024!Does drain unblocker have a best by date??
