THESE ARE GREAT CLOCKS!I bought the 2-pack. They've been running for about two weeks now on standard DURACELL Alkaline AA batteries, despite the seller suggesting some other battery type. I could not be happier. They keep perfect time with one another, and with my laptop's clock.I looked very carefully for the right wall clock. I'm on a tight budget so "inexpensive" was a factor. Also, I don't see well so "easy-to-read" was another factor. And of course, what good is a clock if it's not accurate. I work from home and needed clocks for two separate work areas. Here's a list of positive features:1. Dead-on accurate2. Easy-to-read from 20 feet away3. Sweep second-hand makes no sound whatsoever4. Simple black-on-white styling5. Numbers in an easy-to-read sans-serif font (probably Arial)6. I bought TWO CLOCKS for less than I expected to pay for one clock7. Light weight makes them easy to mount, and is NOT a sign of poor qualityThe clear bezel is plastic, but who cares? This pair of HIPPIH wall clocks accommodate my modest needs PERFECTLY, and is one of the best values I've found on Amazon.

I really like this clock. It was larger than I thought, which is GOOD I can see it from anywhere in my bedroom/office. I bought it for the second-hand as I'm on dialysis and need to use the second hand to time certain actions when hooking up, and disconnecting my dialysis. So, it's perfect! It's a plastic clock and for the money is a pretty good buy. I wanted a clock I could see easily as my eyes are OLD and it had to be large enough to see from across the office/bedroom, which it is. It would be five-star all around but it didn't come with a AA battery which would have been a real plus as I had to go digging for one. You know how that goes. Is it a good battery? Old? Dead? But the clock keeps time within 2-5 minutes of my iPhone. Other than the battery, it's a good clock.

I purchased two of these to use at our church. They are silent and a simple yet attractive design, easy to read and they have kept perfect time for the two weeks I’ve been monitoring them. Two clocks for under $13, can’t get any better than that.

UPDATE: I was eventually able to pop the clear cover off and the paper laid flat on its own. The tab is a little damaged but it works fine now. I bumped the stars up to four and not five because it works like it should, but it shouldn’t have been shipped with a bent clock face.This clock came with its paper insert that has the numbers printed on it bent inside the clock. I didn’t think it’d be a problem as it passed over initially ok so I hung it. I bought it for a church classroom and for that reason I wasn’t looking at it all the time but once a week. I noticed it kept slowing down and then after a month I changed the batteries, then did it again. I replaced the batteries three times before giving up and buying a different clock. I realized after looking closer it wasn’t stopping due to the battery, but due to the paper insert. I took a good look at it today to see if I could salvage it and noticed the paper insert was the only problem as the minute hand can’t get over the bump in the paper and I can’t get the face off to fix it. I lost money on it as it says I can’t return it anymore. It’s a good clock if the paper isn’t bent. Very quiet.

Got these to replace some old ticking clocks that drove me nuts. These are quiet and big so easy to see. Would recommend. 2 pack was a good deal also.

I rarely write reviews, but this clock exceeded my expectations. It is extremely well made and the second hand is truly *silent* and so smooth. The clock's clean look fit perfectly into my minimalist office decor. The back has a large smooth surface on which to apply Command strips, so I was able to mount it easily to the wall without nails.

Husband likes these clocks in the shop. Clear numbers and easy to read.
